Marketing Executive

Location: Remote (UK)
Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
The Role
At Piing, we are on a mission to turn downtime into fun time at the greatest sports and entertainment events on Earth. Our 50,000+ player games are already played at Wimbledon, FIFA Tournaments, Glastonbury and Formula 1 Grand Prix and we are seeking a proactive and creative B2B Marketing Executive to spread the good news about Piing even further afield.
As part of our commercial team, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and supporting sales efforts through integrated campaigns targeting sports and entertainment event organisations, agencies, brands and potential partners.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute a content plan, including images/videos, case studies, white papers, blogs, and email marketing, aligned with B2B audience needs - working in collaboration with exec team and external service providers.
Social Media Management: Lead on organic and paid social media activities, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram, to build thought leadership and raise brand visibility.
Lead Generation & Nurturing: Support demand generation campaigns to identify new business opportunities, working closely with the Commercial Director and our sales agents to build the sales pipeline.
Event Marketing: Coordinate digital and physical events, activations, and industry trade shows.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and website engagement using our CRM, email marketing platform and Google Analytics.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a B2B marketing, content-related, or sports tech role.
Writing & Communication: Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to turn complex tech into compelling stories.
Design & Video creation skills: basic ability to create and adapt digital assets and videos from pre-existing templates using Canva, Capcut or other editing softwares
Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
Sports and/or Mass-Participation Tech Interest: A demonstrable passion for sports, data, or mass participation digital media technology.
Collaboration: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to own our channels and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills
Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Knowledge of SEO/SEM
